1) The seller points out that the offered product "Frunk" is a car accessory that has not been tested, approved or accepted by the car manufacturer. In this respect, the manufacturer could withdraw from the guarantee.
(2) The use of the product is subject to the following safety guidelines:

(3) Before a service or repair in an authorized workshop, the Frunk must be taken.
(4) No liability can be assumed for damage that is associated with an unusual driving event (e.g. accident, near miss, driving in rough terrain, ...).
(5) The Frunk is constructed in such a way that the available space is used as best as possible while at the same time keeping a distance to the surrounding parts. However, due to the manufacturing tolerances of the car manufacturer and the Frunks, there may be contact with adjacent parts. In this regard, it must be ensured during installation and during operation that the Frunk has a minimum distance of 1 cm from adjacent parts in order to avoid chafing. Particular care is required with power cables and water-carrying hoses.
(6) When filling the frunk, make sure that no objects protrude over the upper edge of the frunk.
